Mytown Center, Kiryat Gat

An urban renewal complex in which 492 residential units will be evacuated from Sderot Gat, 30-40, Mevo Yeshayahu 1, HaShoftim 3-5-7, Shmuel HaNavi 7, and Sderot Lachish 55-57-59-61-63 in Kiryat Gat, and in their place an urban renewal complex of approximately 2,500 new residential units, green spaces, and public buildings will be constructed. The project is in the preliminary planning stages under the leadership of Giora Gur Architects.

The project is in partnership with Golden City.
