Yossi Hasson

CEO and Chairman

A former high-tech entrepreneur and investor, Yossi was a managing partner at a major American venture capital fund (BRV) and among the first investors in Wiz. Yossi changed course over a decade ago and decided to implement work methodologies from the high-tech sector into a real estate development company that over the years has become one of the leading companies in the field of urban renewal in Israel. Yossi brings essential values to the field such as transparency, reliability, collaboration, and uncompromising professionalism.

Guy Laxman

VP Business Development

Developer of dozens of urban renewal and TAMA 38 projects in Tel Aviv and neighboring cities, co-founder of the urban renewal division in the group.
Expert in all stages of the urban renewal process, from initial personal engagement with apartment owners, through rapid and efficient advancement in various committees, to successful project completion.

Holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the College of Management
Certified Public Accountant since 2014
Has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry with specialization in capital markets
Previously served as CFO of an international public real estate development company
Extensive track record in managing IPOs in Israel and abroad, including debt offerings.

Idan Langa, Adv.

Legal Counsel

Holds an LL.B. degree (with honors) and an M.B.A. degree (with honors), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Idan has extensive experience in providing legal counsel to clients from the real estate sector and representing them both before legal tribunals and various regulatory authorities.
Prior to joining our company, Idan worked at leading law firms in Israel, specializing in managing legal disputes before courts; planning and executing complex real estate transactions; providing tax advice to clients; and more.

Hila Pelez

VP Marketing and Sales

Has served for over three decades as VP of Marketing and Sales at leading real estate companies in Israel, including public companies and international companies.
Hila has extensive experience in selling residential units and luxury apartments, as well as marketing and advertising diverse projects in Israel and worldwide.
Hila holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Raz Dvir

Company Engineer

Licensed and registered building engineer with over 20 years of experience in project management and execution.
Managed large and complex projects at Israel’s largest and leading construction companies such as Danya Cebus, A. Dori, Yitzhak Afer, Stern, and Ashtrom. In these projects, Raz managed the construction of over 300 residential units in the north and center of the country, totaling over 65,000 square meters of residential space. Raz manages the group’s execution arm in all its components, as well as projects executed by "turnkey contractors."

Building technician with 8 years of experience in supervision and project management in the construction field. Over the years, has acquired expertise in team management, planning and control of execution stages, on-site problem solving, and ensuring compliance with standards and schedules.
Represents the developer’s interests vis-à-vis all parties involved in the project, while focusing on quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Shneur Gindi

Project Supervisor

Structural engineer with 8 years of specialization in the planning and construction industry, 4 years in building design and 4 years in management and supervision of luxury villa construction. Combines in-depth engineering knowledge with practical experience in leading quality and complex projects alike. Shneur leads the emphasis on excellence, functional planning, and aesthetics of all projects in the group, while maintaining attention to detail, adherence to schedules and budgets.

Accountant

Holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the Academic Track at the College of Management.
Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial auditing of public companies traded on stock exchanges in Israel and abroad.

Ahuvi Levental

Planning Department Manager

Leads the planning and licensing field in the group. Manages multiple areas across several projects simultaneously, such as planning control, handling building permit procedures, handling various plans such as submission plans, work plans, sales plans and specifications, and more.

Noam Elkabetz

Architect

Holds a B.Arch. from the Faculty of Architecture at the Technion.
Has extensive experience in leading projects from the feasibility study stage through handling and planning of zoning plans to accompanying projects during execution.
Professional experience led Noam to the field of urban renewal, which is one of the central tools in addressing the housing problem in Israel and contains many challenges: adding residential units in demand centers, strengthening urbanity, and improving quality of life.
Noam coordinates all architectural matters in the company, with in-depth familiarity with all projects.

Ortal has accompanied the company on all legal aspects for nearly a decade; prior to that, she worked at leading law firms in Israel, the most recent being Fischer & Co. Law Firm.
