An urban renewal complex on Elazar David and Stanley Meir streets,

located in the northern veteran section of Or Akiva.

The complex currently contains 175 apartments in 8 typical buildings and railway buildings.

In addition, the complex includes a community center and kindergartens.

The planned project will include approximately 800 apartments in 8-9 dense construction buildings of 10 floors and 4 towers of 23-27 floors
