About the Group

Meitaon Group was established in 2010 by Mr. Yossi Hasson, with the goal of becoming one of the leading urban renewal companies in Israel. Nearly 15 years later, the company has successfully completed over 25 projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Today, Meitaon Group executes and advances dozens of urban renewal projects throughout the country.

The company advocates for internal, independent, and professional management of all critical stages of each project, ensuring optimal project advancement in terms of timelines, product quality, and project profitability.

The Group’s financial strength constitutes one of the cornerstones of its success. Strong and stable shareholders committed to its continued growth. Shareholders include the Arkin family, the Mor and Brin family (founders and managers of Sephira Fund – one of the largest hedge funds in Israel), Hachshara Insurance Company, Atena Group (Almog Zakai family), and Yossi Hasson, who also serves as Chairman and CEO of the Group. In addition, the Group recently became a reporting company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, following a highly successful first bond issuance, reflecting high confidence in the Group’s capabilities and potential by institutional entities in the economy.
